Our Italian affiliate, Eurocompany, can offer to our clients in Europe, a complete selection of products as well as custom processing, packaging, and storage facilities. Eurocompany also operates an Ankel facility that is available for custom bleaching, blanching, and sanitizing.

AnKel Bleaching & Blanching Equipment

M.I. Group is the exclusive world-wide representative of AnKel Bleaching and Blanching machines. These machines utilize an innovative patented process designed to meet the demands for bleaching, blanching, sanitizing, and the removal of aflatoxins in a variety of industries and commodities. In addition, these operations are cost effective, leave no chemical residue, and are environmentally safe.

The removal of aflatoxin was verified by the world renown testing company SGS in Germany as well as a French and Swiss laboratories. Each used a controlled sample of aflatoxin infected pistachios which was treated with the AnKel process. The samples were then put through a series of recognized and accepted aflatoxin testing procedures and the results showed the aflatoxin levels to be -0- PPB with no chemical residues detected.

The Ankel machine is now available to a diversity of industries with each machine custom manufactured to your company's specifications and needs.
